THE BEST BAGLES: super fluffy and soft

This time, I've got a very delicious Bagel-Recipe for you. It has only 5 main ingredients and is perfect for beginners. The texture is soft and fluffy, so perfect for a Bagle, right?
I'll use fresh yeast because I like to do that and because I think the dough will get even fluffier by using a fresh one, but that's just my opinion. If you want, you can, of course, use dried yeast but I've never tried it before. Then we'll need water to dissolve the yeast. It's best to imagine sitting in a bathtub and imagine at what temperature you prefer taking your bath. I know that this may sound a little weird, but trust me you won't take a bath with too cooled water and to hot water either. And so the temperature of your water should be good for the yeast as well.
So let's get finally to the recipe!

Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup warm water (118g)
  • 1 tbsp. yogurt
  • 2 cups flour (256g)
  • half a cube of fresh yeast (21g) or one package of dried yeast (7g)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • olive oil
Instructions:
  1.  Dissolve the yeast in the water.
  2.  Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl, add salt, sugar, and yogurt.
  3.  Add the yeast-water as well and knead a nice dough. Everything should be combined well and the surface should be a little shiny and smooth.
  4.  Now, form a ball from the dough and rub it with the olive oil.
  5.  Take a wet dishtowel and put it over the bowl with the dough.
  6.  Let the dough rise for an hour in a warm place.
  7.  Form 4-5 Bagels out of the dough by forming 4-5 little balls and pierce a hole in the middle. You can use the hole attachment of a piping bag if you want.
  8. Cover the Bagels with a whisked egg and spread them with salt, pepper, and sesame.
  9. Bake them at 180°C/356°F for 20-30 min. and put a bowl with water in the oven as well to create a damp.
  10. Enjoy!đź’“

I've been sharing my baking creations for more than five years on my Instagram Account @tamarasbakings . It all started with pictures but slowly, I transitioned into short-form videos, aka Reels. Cinnamon Rolls - perfect for fall baking

When I think of fall baking and the cozy season, I immediately think about cinnamon rolls, as well. There's just something so comforting about a soft, fluffy, and sweet cinnamon roll together with a cup of your fav fall drink. So today, I am sharing my favorite cinnamon recipe with you. I've always been using this exact recipe and I can confidently say that my whole family and friends love it! The yeast dough - things to keep in mind The most important thing about a good and fluffy cinnamon roll is, of course, the yeast dough- but how can you ensure it gets fluffy and perfect? First of all, I always use fresh yeast. In my opinion, this gives you the best results. In order to make sure the yeast can do its job properly, the temperature of the milk (and butter mixture) is key! If your mixture is too hot or too cold, you won't get a good yeast dough, it won't rise and your cinnamon rolls will be dry and flat. I always think of a hot bathtub when I heat my milk. Imagine you...
